Parking is not included, but you can park at the condo for $42 a day, or issue a public parking pass for $110 a month plus taxes. A pack-n-play crib is available upon request. One pet per unit is welcome for free; fees may apply for additional pets, with a 25 lbs restriction (doesn't apply to ESA). Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage. Check-in is any time after 4PM, and check-out is any time before 11AM. A resort fee will be charged at check-in. The public beach and Broadwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach does not allow pets (service animals are still welcome!).
