Parking is available at the condo for $42 a day, or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for $110 plus taxes, which allows you to park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St). Within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and the beach, you can enjoy exciting activities such as jet skiing, fishing, sailing, biking, and golf. South Beach and Miami are a short drive away. The Broadwalk, paved with bricks, has bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. Swimming is at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty, and children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to prevent condensation and property damage. Check-in is any time after 4PM, and check-out is any time before 11AM. The public beach and Broadwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach does not allow pets (service animals are still welcome!).
