You can park at the condo for $42 a day, or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for $110 plus taxes. With the public parking pass, you can park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St). A pack-n-play crib is available upon request. One pet per unit is welcome for free; fees may apply for additional pets. The condo has a 25 lbs restriction (doesn't apply to ESA). Located along North Ocean Drive in the lively community of Hollywood Beach, this apartment puts travelers at the heart of the action. Within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and the beach, guests can enjoy exciting activities such as jet skiing, fishing, boating, biking, and golf. South Beach and Miami are a short drive away. The Broadwalk has bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. Hollywood Beach is full of unique restaurants and bars, such as The Le Tub Saloon, Capone's Italian, GG's Waterfront Grill, Nick's Bar & Grill, and Taverna Opa. Swimming is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage. A resort fee will be charged at check-in. There is a $50 one-time registration fee. The public beach and Broadwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach does not allow pets (service animals are still welcome!). Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM.
