Parking is not included, but you can park your car at the condo for $42 a day, or issue a public parking pass for the whole month for $110 plus taxes. A pack-n-play crib is available upon request. One pet per unit is welcome for free; fees may apply for additional pets, and the condo has a 25 lbs restriction (doesn't apply to ESA). The Broadwalk has bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. Swimming is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No diving or running is allowed. Keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage. Check-in is any time after 4 pm, and check-out is any time before 11 am. A registration fee of $50 applies.
