A pack-n-play crib is available upon request. This is a pet-friendly property, and one pet per unit is welcome for free, but fees may apply for additional pets. The apartment has a 25 lbs restriction (doesn't apply to ESA). Parking is not included, but you can park your car at the condo for $42 a day, or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for $110 plus taxes. With the public parking pass, you can park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St). Located along North Ocean Drive in the lively community of Hollywood Beach, this apartment puts you at the heart of the action. Within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and the beach, you can enjoy exciting activities such as jet skiing, fishing, sailing, biking, and golf. South Beach and Miami are a short drive away. The Broadwalk has bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. Local experiences can be found at The Le Tub Saloon, GG's Waterfront Grill, El Tayta and Taverna Opa. Swimming is at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. For your safety, no diving and no running. Keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage. Check-in is any time after 4 pm, and check-out is any time before 11 am. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available upon request. A registration fee of $50 is charged one time only. The public beach and Broadwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach does not allow pets (service animals are still welcome!).
