The apartment is fully furnished with ceramic floors, electronic door locks, European-style cabinetry, and modern-style designer fixtures and faucets. A pack-n-play crib is available upon request. One pet per unit is welcome for free, but fees may apply for additional pets. The condo has a 25 lbs restriction (doesn't apply to esa). Parking is available at the condo for $42 a day, or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for $110 plus taxes. With the public parking pass, you can park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St). Located along North Ocean Drive in the lively community of Hollywood Beach, this apartment puts you at the heart of the action. Within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and the beach, you can enjoy exciting activities such as jet skiing, fishing, sailing, biking, and golf. South Beach and Miami are a short drive away. The Broadwalk has two and a half miles of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. For a truly local experience, you can't go wrong with The Le Tub Saloon, GG's Waterfront Grill, El Tayta and Taverna Opa. Swimming is at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage. Check-in is any time after 4 pm, and check-out is any time before 11 am. The public beach and Broadwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach does not allow pets (service animals are still welcome!).
