If noise levels are not reduced within 15 minutes of a notification, the owner may terminate the reservation without refund. Any fines assessed by the city or the building management will be the direct responsibility of the renters. Check-in is from 4 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. A late checkout is subject to extra rental charges at the rate of $100 per hour after a grace period of 30 minutes.
