There will be additional storage available by request for an additional $50-75 per month. A separate renter's insurance policy (approximately $10-15 per month) will be required as well as a background/credit check. Wi-fi included and access to the pool and hot tub. Two fireplaces. Fenced in back yard. One dog will be allowed if included on rental insurance policy.
