We will update more recent pictures once the current tenants move out. Owner pays for water and sewer. Tennant is responsible for electric, gas, and trash. Last month's rent is due at signing. We allow up to two dogs. You will be responsible for lawn care and snow removal. The detached garage is not included with the rental, but we are open to discussing. The minimum lease agreement is 12 months. If you have no renting history we will require a co-signer. No smoking inside the house.
