I really love the apartment, but am finding the commute to my job to be too expensive and would like to live closer. The lease runs until October, at which time you can renew or move out. My apartment is located on the first floor and is in close proximity to the pool and clubhouse. Some amenities to the complex/apartment include:-Very impressive year-round pool with nearby grills-Nice clubhouse with reservable movie theater-Basketball court, gym, volleyball court, and 2 racquetball courts-Available garages for rent-Deal with Time Warner allows you to get a cable deal. I currently have HD cable with DVR and free Showtime along with internet for $55/mo.-Washer and dryer in unit-Valet trash pick-up Sunday-Thursday-Garden tubs-Built in computer niche and shelves-Nice kitchen with pantry and lots of cabinet space-Pet friendly! Lots of sidewalks nearby for walks. Also, the pet deposit has been paid and there is no pet rent!-Grocery, shops, restaurants, doctors, and dentists all within 5 minutes drive-Security deposit has been paid and will be available for you when you move outIdeally I'd like to be out May 1st-3rd or late May, and whatever stay you have in the month would be paid for.
