This is a 3 bed, 1.5 bath single-wide mobile home. The flooring in the family room, kitchen, and down the hallway has been redone in the laminate harwood flooring. The bedrooms have fairly new berber carpet that we will have cleaned when we move out. The main bathroom is in pretty good shape. The flooring is that vinyl tile. The counter is big enough for 2 sinks if you wanted to put the plumbing in for it. The range/stove is included and is a little older but in great working shape. There is not a fridge included. There is a place for a washer and dryer in the hallway with cabinets above them. The lot fee is $175 per month. The trailer will be available by the end of Nov. Thanks!
