There is tons of storage, an attached 2 car garage, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and your own bathroom. My current roommate is very friendly and a local teacher. It is located on a quiet street connected to the Gandy Dancer Trail and only a mile from town. I currently pay the gas/electric bills and my roommate pays the water/cable/internet bills. I am very willing to negotiate utilities and rent.
