Lawn care done by landlord. Parks, schools, and golf course in walkable distances. Deposit, first and last months rent due upon lease signing. No pets allowed. Renter will pay all utilities including gas, electric, water and any cable and internet service. Landlord will provide and pay for yard mowing. The landlord will be requesting permission to obtain a tenant background check, also known as a consumer report. The prospective landlord will accept tenant background checks/consumer reports that the tenant obtained in the process of looking for housing as long as that report in no more than 60 days old. Applications will be reviewed in the order received until a suitable tenant is found. Further applicant's will not be asked for permission to obtain a tenant background check, once a suitable tenant has been selected.
