We purchased this newly built home in late 2014. It is a 2,996 sq ft home with about 2,600 above grade square footage. We are the only owners, and it has been the perfect location for splitting our commutes to Tuscaloosa and Gardendale. The setup of our home is great for any family who needs flexibility.
