PETS
This home is pet-friendly and open to cats (max 3) and dogs (max 2, up to 60 lbs max each). For each pet, there is a non-refundable move-in fee of $200 and monthly fee $35/month.
ALIGNMENT
My intention is to offer a space that is safe, restorative, and inspiring. This home would be perfect for a new family.
I've been a landlord since 2017 and value having a positive relationship with my tenants. This space would be a great fit for those who share the following values as I do, especially with the regenerative outdoor spaces that support local pollinators and give back to the community (small front yard community garden managed by friends and neighbors - would love to preserve this if possible).
