    Deed states lot is a 8.46 acres with deeded right of way easement. Property is an investment in the future growth of the area. There are apartments currently being constructed in the area off Stephens Church Road. The apartments can be seen from Hwy 17 in the Porters Neck area just after the split for I-140. The best that can be determined is this lot is northwest from the construction of the apartments. There was a roadway to this lot but it was cut off when I-140 was constructed. The Dept of Transportation left an easement right of way in order to reach the upper portion of Greenview Ranches should the lots start to be developed. This lot is in the Northern quadrant of Greenview Ranches. It is located above I-140. Seller has no knowledge of best use of land.
