This is a cute and updated townhouse with a half bath on main floor and a full double bowl vanity and tiled shower bath upstairs where there are two bedrooms and laundry room. Kitchen has granite countertops as well. We have just installed new flooring in the upstairs which is vinyl flooring that appears to look like a wood floor but really easy to clean and extremely durable. We are looking to use a 6month lease for now for any traveling nurses, we would be open to mid term furnished leasing or business travelers. If we go with longer term leasing, we will start at 6 months and renew middle of next year, as I do not want a lease renewal in November one year from now.
