Duplex for rent Security deposit is $1500 and holds the property for up to 30 days. In order to move in a credit and background check must be completed as part of the application. All applicants/occupants over the age of 18 must have a credit score of at least 600 or pay a double deposit. Applicants with previous evictions will be declined. All applicants with any criminal history will be declined. Net monthly income must be at least 2.5x the rent or applicant will be declined.
