For short-term rental, Rent includes all utilities (Water, sewer, garbage, A/C, internet, steaming TV) with a utility allowance in place for electric and gas of $500 a month. Tenant pays overage. If leasing during January-March, rent is $10,000 a month. For April and May, the amount is $6,000/month. If renting from May to September, the rent is $4500/month. October-December is $5000 a month. Longer term rentals will be considered and Monthly rentals price can be negotiated and adjusted accordingly. No smoking. No subletting. No loud parties.
