Only gas golf carts are allowed due to HOA rules so the half parking space is for a cart or motorcycle etc. In one direction you can walk to the beach and in the other you can walk to everything you need without ever having to drive. Walking distance to Walgreens, Subway, and multiple restaurants, stores, banks, salons, fitness centers and other fun things to do! Broadway at the Beach is 15 min. away.
