However, this is a big house on Cuba Lake and the owner lived here year round. The first floor has 2 bedrooms with an open floor plan. You can arrange the furniture to make a family room, formal dining room, or ping pong or pool table. The kitchen is a big eat in kitchen with plenty of cabinets and countertop. You can see the lake from everywhere except the back bedroom, now being used for an office or study. Traveling upstairs you walk into a side open area with another beautiful view of the lake.
