Built circa 1890 as housing for employees of Henderson Carriage factory in Cambridge, extended in 1945 and updated since then with modern plumbing, electrical, and kitchen. Since 2007, we've added high-efficiency heating/hot-water, airsealed/insulated, reroofed, upgraded to 200A service, installed solar-electric panels (first year's production 2.3MWh), installed an induction/convection stove, and made renovations to open up the entertaining space and bring in more daylight, and added minisplit air conditioning. Small playground in the neighborhood (Waldo Park); larger ones in easy walking distance.
