Walking paths across the street adjacent to the Las Padres National Forest. Garland Park right in your back yard, literally. One can walk to the village to visit wineries and quaint restaurants. Eat breakfast on your private balcony overlooking the River. I live in the main home but cottage is totally private. Chickens on property. Fresh eggs when available.
