The 4BR Townhome accommodates up to 4 People with two queen beds and 2 twin beds. It has a family room on the main level as well as a bonus reading/office room on the third floor. This unit has space for storing bikes and surfboards. The laundry facility is shared and is located on the lower level. Cornerstone House is located 3 blocks from the Breakers and Cliff Walk, 1 Block from Bellvue Ave, 2-3 blocks to Salve Regina College, 1-3 Blocks to many of the Bellvue Ave. mansions, walking distance to Bailey's Beach, Rovensky Park, Morton Park. It is a short drive to Fort Adams State Park. Levels 1 & 2 have central AC. Level 3 has a window AC unit. Cornerstone is geared toward families and low key guests. Party groups are not a good fit for this house or neighborhood. No pets. No smoking (including vaping, marijuana, e-cigarets, etc.). The townhome is available for summer monthly rentals as well as longer term monthly rentals. The house and neighborhood are best geared toward family oriented and low key tenants. Party goers, noise makers, rough groups are not a good fit. Summer monthly rentals include utilities that are capped. There is no smoking of any kind permitted in or on the premises. This includes vaping and marijuana. No pets.
