Tenant pay gas electricity water internet. No other fees. Security deposit = $3000. (A picture is worth a thousand words - I use photos to describe the apartment. Please check photo details.) 3 double sized bedrooms, plus one windowed office (slightly smaller than a minimum single). This apartment is legally for 5, but I do not rent more than 4. 2 house away is a modern high-rise student building currently under construction. This area is going to be full of students soon but this rental has enough off street (side gravel yard) parking for all tenants. [Tenant Requirements] (I) Most tenants should have FICO credit scores at least 700 but I like 750 better. I do not trust possibly renter-edited credit reports. After you decide to rent, I will instruct you to pay Experian Connect $15 to generate your credit report to share with me (Experian will not list your social security number on the report. You don't pay me anything.). (2) No Smoke (to avoid staining the wall, which you will pay to clean up the discolor). No Parties. No Pets unless (a) you have super super high FICO credit score plus (b) agreed to with ALL other tenants. (3) I also need to know if you are a good fit : how many people ? who are they ? is the lease starting time June 1, 2023 OK with you ? where is your job location ? why this rental is convenient to your job location ?. I may have other questions. (4) If your answers make sense to me, I will invite you within the following time frame : Wednesday 3-5PM; Friday 3-5PM; Sunday 2-5PM.
