I have two month-to-month rooms available in West Asheville - two blocks from Sunny Point! One is $550/mo and the other is $600/mo, utils not included. Security deposit is the same as rent. One available now, one Feb 1. I enjoy having roommates that are friends, but additionally have their own things going on. Kind of a happy medium in between. I like having a hospitable house - providing a place to sleep for friends on occasion. Being a creative is a plus but not required. Contact me if interested and come see the place. There is ample gardening space (and much already planted) and on the other side of things, I recently got a 49" 4K TV with a soundbar. That's generally more of a special occasion type thing. I figured if I was going to be into film, I should have something decent to watch them on.
