It sits on the sand just steps to the ocean with 2 bedrooms, combined living room and kitchen, central air, wifi. Large back deck, with BBQ grill, out door shower. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, coffee maker, toaster, microwave. You will have to provide your own towels. Please, no smoking and no pets. Terms $300 deposit due at time of rental agreement, it will be deducted from the 1500.00 weekly rental. There is also a 300.00 security deposit. --No refunds will be given if cancelled by the renter.--
