No dogs nearby , and there are wild turkey, pigs, chickens, mongoose, frogs, and birds. It's on the edge of a wild area so it get damp , forest smells, mosquitoes, geckos , and wild birds. So it's not for everyone . It's 25 by 25 room living room with sink and cabinets, bathroom with tiolet and shower It has it own stove , has oven, microwave and full size Frig , tiled room and bathroom It has a 2 full size beds and sofa bed coach , and coffee table but these can be removed . There are several folks that live in other studios on site and help us keep the place up . It's a quiet location after 9 pm -8 - 10 am depending on the day . We are looking for the right match for us both We are not a fit for people looking for a fit for their dog, party pad, heavy drinking , or ice use.
