Pets are allowed ($150 non-refundable per pet fee) plus $20/month pet rent. Great unit for a dog since this is on the ground level and has a back door to the backyard. Security deposit $2500 ($2250 refundable). Must have good background and great credit. One year lease minimum, longer leases preferred. Owner pays trash, water, sewer. Tenant pays electricity and gas. On 700 minimum FICO score and four times rent gross monthly income.
