Upon leave please clean all dishes and leave things as you found them upon your arrival. 10. Please do not rearrange furniture. 11. Please take extra care of your keys as lost keys will incur a replacement fee. 12. Please take care of the furnishings, you will pay for damage exceeding your security deposit. 13. Maximum property capacity is 4. 14. Please turn off lights, disconnect electronics, close windows and lock doors when you leave the apartment. If house rules are not observed and demand extra cleaning or attention, cleaning or relevant associated fees may be assessed.
