Seabreeze is located in Blaine. Our Community is also near to Cost Cutter, Dollar Tree, Blaine Middle School and Blaine Community Center. Blaine is known as the Peace Arch City, situated on the banks of Drayton Harbor and the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range are 25 miles east with easy access to the Mt. Baker wilderness and Mt. Baker Ski Area. Our community is partially subsidized and specific units may have certain requirements that the applicants must meet in order to qualify. There is usually a wait for subsidized homes, however currently; our 3 bedroom waitlist has no applicants. Please see below for unit qualifications. Availability: Currently we have a subsidized 3 bedroom 2 bath townhome available for immediate move in. This is part of the Project Based section 8 program with the Bellingham Housing Authority. Unit Requirements: Income restrictions apply. Household must not be all full-time students. This unit is reserved for large households of 4 or more members only.
