The 3rd bedroom is small and can be used as an office. It has a dishwasher and stove but no disposal. It also has a washer/dryer hookup. The tenant is responsible for propane, electricity and trash service. This house is served with well water and a septic system . Cats, dogs, and other animals are allowed with an additional nonrefundable deposit. Preference will be given to applicants with their own farm animals. No boarding allowed. It is quiet and very serene with country charm. This is not luxurious living as the house does NOT have a dishwasher, disposal, A/C, washer, or dryer. This is an 100 year old country farm house. Up to four horses are possible in the shared pasture ground. The furnace uses propane. The tenant is responsible for the electricity and propane which is billed one month in arrears so a $100 utility deposit will be due on move in. The tenant must also maintain trash service and provide proof to the landlord. It is an old house and the living is rustic but serene. The house has a newer furnace, carpet, hot water heater, and windows. Nothing fancy but very basic. It is located near Stroh Road and Highway 83/Parker Road. It does sit off the highway approximately 1/4 mile. There is a second house on the property that is about 30 feet from this house. The sheds, corral, and acres for grazing are shared with the other house. Both houses sit on approximately 30 acres. All animals must be the tenants. No outside boarding is allowed. There is a limit on the number of animals allowed. All of the other out buildings are old and off limits. No outside storage is allowed. Rent is $2000/month plus a $2000 damage deposit. A $350 nonrefundable damage deposit is required for any pets. First and last month's rent plus all deposits are required in full at move in by cashiers check or cash. We require a background and credit check through MyRental at the applicants non-refundable expense for all adults over 18 living at the house. The cost is approximately $35 per person.
