I made this cool walk in shower with sea glass tile and a mahogany floor - made new kitchen cabinets, mission style, quarter sawn, white oak. The basement is a woodworkers paradise. The lot is deep. 800 ft. It abuts a golf course. The neighbor cleared his out and it looks great. Additionally, ALL of the neighbors are great!
