We are selling our cabin that is apart of Lakeside Cabin Resorts (B-36)(https://lakesidecabinsresort.com). It is technically a "park model cabins". It can be rented out through the resort if needed. There is a bi-annual HOA fee, and you only pay for electric, cable, propane. Since this is not classified as a home a traditional mortgage is not applicable.
