Hello! I am delighted to post a brand-new, beautiful (and large!) townhome in Spanish Fork, super close to the main, buzzing town center. Welcome home to new paint, new appliances, new carpet, tons of space, a double-car garage and that fresh new smell. When we were shopping for an investment property, I was so drawn to these townhomes bc of the size, the area, the neighbors (we met many of the recent move-ins before buying so that we could know it was a great community ;) and also we loved the master. It is upstairs through a sort of open lofty area. You walk through double doors to your master. The closet is large and open and the bathroom has dual sinks and a large shower with euro glass. I also liked the dark cabinet colors that really pop against the white countertops. There are some things I don't love - the builder grade lights and the boring faucet, etc - so I am going to swap those out asap. :) I won't mind partnering with you to add some nice touches if you have input on improvements you'd like - let's make this awesome. I love the home and want whoever lives there to love it too. We also had the basement finished (though I don't have photos of that yet) so that you have an added rec room and a fifth bedroom and fourth bathroom, so this is a huge home! We get the keys June 8th, and then we are ready to rent from there.
