Entry by Landlord: Landlord may enter the premises with reasonable notice (typically 48 hours) for inspections, repairs, or showings, except in emergencies.

Trash and Recycling: Tenant shall properly dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with District of Columbia regulations and building rules.
