Our home is a paradise, with beautiful old perennial gardens, pool, privacy, and perfectly updated baths, kitchen, and interior and exterior finishes. Since our purchase we have added over $200,000 in upgrades and new features, including pool house, garden house, croquet court, outdoor shower, and solar panels which generate the equivalent of our annual power usage and has cut our conventional electric bill in half.
