This home is a perfect little home , there is so much you can do with this house. The neighbors are awesome , the house has a new roof that was put on less than a month ago , The bathroom was also re-done from top to bottom about 3 weeks ago, New water heater was just installed , dryer, stove, water heater all run on gas , Has TERRAZZO FLOORING!!!
