Our house is fully furnished and ready for you and your furry friend to live in! With a fully fenced in 1/2 acre back yard and less than a 5 minute walk from the trails of Forest Park, it is perfect for active animals and tenants. The furnishings are high end and new and the second and third bedroom each have working space. The third bedroom has a full size futon in it. The backyard also has a garage for storage and gym area (treadmill, weights, spin bike), garden beds that you can use, and a large deck with grill, large table, and lounge seating area. This house is absolutely incredible in the summer months for hosting get togethers and spending a ton of time outside. The neighbors are all very friendly, but the house gives a lot of privacy, with the backyard fully private, you'll feel like you are in an oasis even though you are only 15 minutes from downtown Portland! Lease duration is negotiable. One month minimum. Owner provides all landscaping. $250 non-refundable pet deposit. Security deposit is subject to change based on the duration of the lease.
