Beautifully remodeled with one floor thought out (even on the balcony for that indoor outdoor living feel). Walk to the grocery store and almost any service across the street. Walk to the valley's best dining. Ditch the gym membership as the community has one. Swim laps in the huge heated pool and relax at the end of the day in the spa. Rent it out the nights you don't use it. All utilities are included in the HOA. I own one in here and you should too!
