You must make slightly more than 3 times the rent each month. Paden Realty & Appraisals, Inc., will, under normal circumstances, pull your credit and have your background checked. If you have ever been arrested (even if not convicted), filed for bankruptcy or a previous landlord has filed suit against you it will show on the reports we pull.
