He is mentally well but requires assistance with daily tasks, such as getting to the bathroom, cooking, and light cleaning. What We're Looking For: -Someone who is kind, patient, and understanding. -Ideally, a remote worker who can provide companionship and support during the day. -Must pass a background check and provide a credit report to ensure a good fit for our home. This is a unique opportunity to contribute positively to someone's life while enjoying free living in a supportive environment. If you're interested, please reach out to discuss further! 1. Rental Agreement: The tenant agrees to provide assistance to the landlord's father, a 65-year-old retired veteran, with daily tasks including, but not limited to, bathroom assistance (helping walk to bathroom), cooking, and light cleaning, etc. 2. Rent: Rent is waived in exchange for the agreed-upon assistance. 3. Duration: The lease term will be month-to-month, with a 30-day notice required for termination by either party. 4. Background Check: A background check and credit report must be submitted and approved prior to move-in to ensure the best fit. 5. Utilities: All utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet) are included in the rental agreement. 6. Maintenance and Cleaning: The tenant is expected to help maintain common areas and assist with light cleaning. 7. Occupancy: The room is to be occupied by the tenant only. Overnight guests may be permitted with prior notice. No parties or long term guest stays. 8. Use of Common Areas: The tenant will have access to shared living spaces, including the kitchen, living room, bathroom, garage and all amedities. 9. Safety and Respect: The tenant agrees to maintain a respectful environment and ensure safety for all household members. 10. Modifications: Any modifications to this agreement or room must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
