Beautiful and well made Tiny home for rent on 3 1/2 acres. This house shares the property with 2 other tiny homes. Located in SW Austin (Oak Hill). Very quiet and secure location within 20 minutes of downtown. Water paid, electricity is PEC and very affordable. Our tiny homes have odor free composting toilets, stand up showers and mini-splits. Tiny homes can be a challenge to live in because they're so small and there is very little storage. However, if you like spending time outdoors you'll love this place. We are looking for a mature, quiet single adult. We also live on the property and take care of the grounds and any maintenance issues that come up. Prior to submitting an application I like to have a phone interview so we can each evaluate whether we think this would be a fit. So that is the 1st step.
