The back veranda and fenced yard face west to views of beautiful sunsets, with lots of sun for the roses and garden. The Southwest style house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with hand-painted Mexican tile, kitchen with Wolf gas range, dishwasher, red-dyed concrete flooring, plaster walls, red Mexican tile roofing, fenced yard, incredible garden, and mosaic garden paths. Forestville water. PG&E. It's very private. There is another home on the property - a lovely young family lives there - so, it is nice to know someone else is nearby. The night skies are beautiful and peaceful. I have lived here since I built my house 33 years ago and this will be my first time renting it out. I am willing to sign a lease for a minimum of 6 months and then would want to switch to month-to-month. I would prefer, with some flexibility, to leave it at least partially furnished - especially the Baldwin baby grand piano. I am asking $3,200 a month and this includes gas, electric, water, garbage, and wifi. I know that people are being displaced these days by the many fires, and if there is a situation where someone has lost everything and needs a fully stocked home, I can absolutely have things set up completely with kitchen supplies and towels, sheets and the like.
