Fees Paid with Application: Application Fee: $60 per Applicant (18+) Administrative Fee: $150 Security Deposit: Standard Deposit $500 OR Rhino Policy Deposit Fees Paid at Move-In: Prorated Fees & Rent (Community Fee, Liability Coverage, Internet & Trash) If applicable: Garage Rent & Non-Refundable Pet Fees, Pet Rent Utilities Paid by Resident: Internet: $45/month through Quantum Fiber Electric/Water/Sewer: Set up through Fremont Department of Utilities Community Fee: $15/month Trash: $10/month Insurance: Liability Coverage: $14/month Optional Monthly Fees: Pet Fees & Rent: First Pet: $350 (Non-Refundable One-time fee) Second Pet: $350 (Non-Refundable One-time fee) Pet Rent: $35/month (Per pet) Garage Rent: Detached Garages: $75/month Additional Leasing Fees: Late Fee: $75 + $5/daily Rent is due on the 1st and considered after the 5th. Initial Late fee charge is $75. An additional $5/day fee will be applied for every day after the 5th until the rent is received in full. Transfer Fee: $400 Must give a 30-day notice, reside in current home for 6+ months, pass apartment inspection, and have an account in good standing. Animals: ALL animals must be registered with the office. Unauthorized Pet: $100 + $10/daily If you violate the animal restrictions or have an unauthorized pet, you will be charged a $100 initial non-refundable pet fee and $10 daily until the animal is removed or registered in the office. Poo Prints: Any dog at the Property shall be subject to a DNA test at time of occupancy. If your dog defecates anywhere on the Property, you are responsible for immediately removing the waste/feces and repairing any damage. If dog waste/feces are found on the Property, a sample will be taken for DNA analysis. If it is found that your dog's DNA matches the sample, you will be charged a fine per offense: 1st $200, 2nd $250, $350. If a 4th offense occurs, you must remove the dog from the premises
