No business will be allowed to be conducted on the property during the duration of this lease. 6.NON-SMOKING PROPERTY - Tenant understands that the inside of the unit is a non-smoking zone and will strictly adhere to this policy. This restriction includes the use of e-cigarettes and vaping. Smoking legal substances outside of the unit, in accordance with Federal, State or Local laws, is permissible. Proper disposable is expected and required. Any violation will result in eviction with no warnings or exceptions. No visitors may smoke in this property. It is the obligation of the Tenant to inform visitors of this policy. Tenants will be held responsible for violations by their visitors. 7.PET POLICY Tenant is not allowed to keep any pets. 8.Tenant has to take renter insurance. 9. DISPUTE SETTLEMENT - In case of a dispute between Tenant and Landlord. If Tenant is found guilty of wrongdoing, Tenant agrees to reimburse all landlord attorney fees to the landlord. 11. MINOR REPAIRS - Any repairs less than $500 should be paid by the tenant (ex. Changing light bulbs, etc). If a repair is in question, please contact the Landlord. 12. TENANT OCCUPANCY - The tenants listed on lease agreement are the only people permitted to live in the unit. In case that an additional tenant is requested. Tenants has to notify 90 days before end of this lease to landlord in case tenants wants to renew the lease. For additional period with new terms and conditions acceptable to both parties.
