Beautiful log cabin home, in fantastic shape. Nice sized kitchen with modern amenities. Steel roof, large deck to enjoy entertaining which wraps around side and front of house. Fire pit out back. Wood stove heats this house all by itself in winter. Open concept from kitchen, to dining to living room. Two bedrooms on main level and one bathroom as well. Gorgeous tile floor in main level bathroom. Upper loft has a full sized bed and two twins and could fit another twin. There is a bathroom in the loft as well. Slider goes out to side deck, which also has a brand new pair of stairs built to access back yard from deck. Cabin stays cool in summer as it has trees to shade it. House is being sold fully furnished, including all linens, towels, dishware etc. (I will only be keeping some wall artwork that I had made up). House also includes a great snowblower, high power with headlight for night time, it is only a year old. Excellent Samsung washing machine and dryer, only 1.5 years old. There is also an area in the basement set up for your ski and snowmobile equipment, with benches and built in custom hanging hooks and shelves for your winter gear to hang. Basement has sump pump, but I have had the house over 2 years and never needed it. Outside was stained last spring and looks great. Propane heat. Corridor 11 snowmobile trails can be accessed from the back yard. Just a 6 minute drive to Bretton Woods, and 14 minutes to Cannon Mountain. Cog Railroad close as well, Santa's Village 25 minutes. We have used this house as an Airbnb rental and it rents extremely well in the summer for Santa's Village and winter for snowmobiling and skiing.
