There are two full garages and two driveways on the property. The second garage was built in 2005 and is 430 sq. ft. Solar was installed on the home roof 2017. QUESTION: A neighbor around the corner has the EXACT same model as we do at 773 Barton Way. Only difference is our lot size is about 500 sqft less. Since we do have solar, an additional detached garage, 2 driveways and a "she-shed" on a foundation, why would our zestimate only be $145 more? Wouldn't the additional garage alone account for more than $145? Please advise since we need to secure a Heloc and would like to have our zestimate increased. Thank you.
