House also has hardwood floors throughout. It's really beautiful. Great size for a family looking to live close by downtown San Jose. Home will come unfurnished. $3900 base rent plus $200 for garbage and HOA fees so total rent is $4100/month and we prefer tenants who plan on staying at least a year. As comparison, neighbors are rent their 2bd/2ba townhouse for $3600 and across the street 2bd/2ba apartments are $3600+. Home will be available after March 1st, 2023. Pet will incur an extra monthly rental fee of $100/pet. No smoking indoors. Landlord pays HOA fees, garbage, and recycling since it's been worked into the rental price. Tenant pays for all other utilities (gas, electric, water, and internet).
