The pool can be heated for $100 per night. Parking is available for a maximum of 4 cars, with 2 in the driveway and 2 on the street. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay if reported before check-out.
